We’re a small, ambitious restaurant group that doesn’t settle. The Woolworth, Uno Mas Tex Mex and Stay Darlin' are redefining what dining in Dallas can be, and we need a Director of Operations who’s as hungry as we are.

The Job:
You’re not here to maintain the status quo. You’ll drive the day-to-day and lead strategic growth across both locations. You’ll set the tone, tackle the hard stuff, and push boundaries—no playbook required. Full-service restaurant experience is required. Multi-year track record of success preferred. This is a position you will need to work in the stores, pull shifts, and build respect through side-by-side work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead operations across both restaurants—daily grind and long-term strategy.
• Manage teams, build culture, and keep the guest experience top-tier.
• Optimize systems, budgets, P&L—you’ll make sure we run lean and mean.
• Work with the exec team to shape growth and scale.

Compensation: Contract. Performance-based. Base + Bonus.
