Day to Day as a Director of Restaurants & Bars
As the Director of Restaurants & Bars at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort get ready for an exciting journey! Your days will be filled with overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, and collaborating with various teams to create unforgettable dining experiences. You will oversee our fine dining restaurant and bar, outside pool and beach bar, our café and in room dining. Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are key. Additionally, anticipate a schedule that may require working nights and weekends to accommodate our guests' needs.
