What You Will Be Doing As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by: Safely operating reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment Loading and unloading trailers and containers Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders Performing putaway of inbound shipments Ensuring compliance with safety and documentation procedures Participating in cycle counts and maintaining a clean work area What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners preferred Ability to speak, read, and write in English Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety No forklift experience is required. The starting hourly pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
