We are a company that promotes from within, both in our retail and corporate operations.Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Inventory Control Lead plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse. This position is essential to the Distribution and Logistics department, especially as the company undergoes significant growth and transformation. The Warehouse Office Associate is responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring effective communication between warehouse staff and management. The role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Pay starting at $25 hourlyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain a safe and secure environment for team members; adhere to safety programs, procedures, and policiesInput data into warehouse management systems and maintain accurate recordsUtilize RF equipment to scan validate product for accuracyCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveriesMaintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock auditsGenerate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and other operational metricsAnalyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actionsSupport safety and compliance initiatives within the warehouseFoster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvementManage exceptions during processing to ensure a high level of accuracyRole model behaviors aligned to a values based, customer-centric, high performing culture with an emphasis on embracing our competencies and delivering with subject matter expertiseOther duties as assignedQualificationsThis position requires a minimum of three years' experience in a warehouse or office environment, preferably in a lead roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse management systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEducational RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
